In September 2007, our firm had a problem with our Sharp Copier, and I placed a call to your company for maintenance. David Ramirez was the tech for this call. It took quite some time to troubleshoot and fix our machine. During this time he also received some help from Dale Lasswell. The machine eventually got fixed, and I just wanted to write and tell you what great service we received from these two gentlemen. We also had some trouble with the invoicing, but again these two worked hard to get it all straightened out.

So this note is just to tell you how pleased we were to have two men work on our behalf.
